Quality of Care Survey

Our Philosophy
We believe that the patient-physician relationship forms the foundation of the health care system and that an organization owned and directed by its practicing physicians is best positioned to preserve, protect and nurture this relationship. Health care delivery must be directed by the patient’s physician who is uniquely qualified by education to be the patient’s advocate. We believe that primary care physicians practicing in an independent physician environment will best promote a high standard of medical care for the welfare of patients and their communities.

Mission Statement
Our purpose is to develop and maintain an independent position as the premier provider of high quality, cost effective medical services in our region.
